Extension on the Tax Credit until April 2010

The New Home buyer tax credit, which was sceduled to expire end of November, has now been extended for a few more months! Home buyers will now have until end of April in 2010 to put that perfect home or condo under a pruchase contract and until June 2010 to close on the deal!!
